I had an appointment at 12 and I was still waiting for 3 hrs until i decided to leave and not take their service. Waste of time! I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Super upsetting experience today I was referred to come today to get my hair extensions reglued as my usual place was to busy to book me in last min. I Came early and was meet by a super nice lady. However when it was time to start doing my hair Michael and the other lady starting pulling my hair extensions out. My hair was very thinned out and they broke a quarter of my hair extensions saying it’s because they are bad quality but I bought them from a super profession place when I had got them done for nearly $1000 and had been going there with no problems for about a year now. After that happened he told me that we arnt responsible for damaging your extensions which I believe is false!!!!. Next the women came to wash my hair and burnt my scalp with the products I got home and my sculpt is still red!. After that was done she DRIED my hair. Then I decided to go before anything else happened. I went to the counter to pay and Michael charged me 205$! For taking my extensions out and 90 for a blow wave !!! I did not have a blow wave the lady only dried my hair in order to re glue the tape extensions which never ended up being put back on and my hair was very dried out and felt damaged. Usual blow waves that are amazing at 45-60 not 90 and he charged me for having long hair as well which I definitely do not have. I definitely wish I never paid as now I have to go spend another 1000 for the extensions he broke and get a scalp treatment. Over awful experience!!!

On the 3 July 2021 I have had the most painful and despicable experience at HAIR EXTENSIONS AND COLOUR BAR (ARDENAD PTY LTD) @HairExtensionsandColourBar @Seamless1I felt disrespected, belittled and after 4,5 hours wait I left the place in tears and glue in my hair after their attempt of providing services to me for the appointment that was pre-booked in advance.3 weeks prior I have attended salon and had a consultation with business owner/ hair stylist Michael regarding the provision of services being provided: highlights, roots retouching, re-taping of hair extensions, curls blow wave. The time required was discussed and I was advised to come at 11:30 on the day and assured that it will be “plenty of time” to finish it so I can be out of the salon by 3pm as I have had the event to attend. Appointment was confirmed over the phone one day prior as well.On 3 July when I arrived yo the salon I was asked to sit and wait as Michael was looking after the client who waited since 9am.At 1pm one of the staff members started to remove my hair extensions, but I was left waiting constantly as they went to attend other clients and walk-ins. I was concerned of time but was reassured by Michael that “it’s plenty of time” to finish everything by 3pm. At around 2pm Michael saw me and continued yo remove extensions. When I asked Michel that perhaps now we don’t have time to do highlights or colour he got frustrated and said that I cant expect to just walk in and do colour as it takes time and if I want orange hair he can go it quickly and, besides, he is very busy with other clients. Then he left to attend to the lady next to me and started putting extensions in her hair.The brunette girl staff member washed my hair and then started rudely brushing and painfully ripping them and spoke in condescending tone of a voice suggesting that it would be good if I brush hair myself which I started doing. She was standing behind me and staring at me in disgust.At 3:30 I said to Michael that I’m really late, still have glue in my hair and asked how long it will take him to at least put the extensions back in. He responded “at least an hour”. I was already in tears snd asked if he can at least blow wave my hair without putting extensions as there is no time. His response was “You need to wait while I finish with other customer”.At 4pm I left the salon crying. And had to rush to find another hair dresser to do something quickly about my hair.I was extremely late for the event, my evening was ruined.The next day I came back to the salon to pick up my extensions which I left at the salon which were purchased by me on 8/05/2021 for $i600.But I was refused to collect it, requesting to pay additional $450 for the re-taping service they “provided”. I left. My extensions are still in the possession of the salon as of to date.
