I've been using Jax for several years in Nowra and have always had a good experience. Staff have been helpful and friendly and offer good advice. I was having an issue with a very slow leak in a back wheel and Jax went out of their way to diagnose the problem which wasn't the tyre, but in fact a problem with my 3 piece rims. They did a great job in fixing the issue which meant totally disassembling the wheel to repair the issue. No more leak. Kept me informed of how long they would need the car and had it back to me exactly when they said. Also repair price was really good given the amount of labour.I would recommend Jax Nowra to anyone.

Had intemittent power problems in my R51 Pathfinder, i was told that a service might fix it for $250. 2 new tyres, rear rotors and pads replaced, cv boots reclamping, 3 wiper replacement fo $60, the actual Service and $387 in labour. I drove out of Jax for the vehicle to have the same power problem after being told, it didnt miss a beat."Normally

Very friendly but had to return twice after a wheel alignment because the steering was pulling to the left and then again because my steering wheel wasn’t straight and still isn’t straight. I don’t feel I can return a forth time and will have to go elsewhere to get the steering straight.In addition to my review a bath, I would like to let everyone know that the reply I got was an empty promise.There was zero contact from Jax tyres to amend this problem.
