The Mindful Mumma workshop was such an amazing, beautiful experience that any mother should do! When do you actually get a chance to take a solid few hours to put pen to paper to write what we all we wish we could. Those words of love to our children. Renee guides you in such a warm, genuine, sincere way. You feel so safe to be vulnerable and express your words of love. It was seriously one of the best afternoons I’ve had. Renee is the most beautiful human you could ever wish to meet. Trust me you won’t regret taking this time for you.Additionally, Renee’s first book ‘Dear Darling’ is a favourite in our house at bedtime. It’s a beautiful story to highlight gratitude. It is beautifully written and illustrated and is such a pleasure to read to my little girl. What’s even better there are some great helpful questions at the back of the book to ask your children, encouraging them to recall what they are grateful for.

dear darling hosts an incredible journalling workshop that is a must for all mothers. It's thought evoking, emotional, uplifting and rewarding in so many different ways. Come together with a group of supportive and like-minded women for a truly precious afternoon. Thank you Renee for holding the space for us.

The most beautiful children's book. It is so easy to read and so well written. I can't wait to read it to my expected bub and teach them gratitude at the same time. Highly recommend to anyone looking at this book :)
