We contacted this company and gave them a very detailed list of what we would like our trip to Tasmania to include. We followed up with continual phone calls and emails and were promised again and again that an itinerary would be sent to us and they were just confirming accommodation bookings. No one ever got back to us. We had to cancel our plans to visit Tasmania and delay if for another time we we can find someone to complete our itinerary or we take the time to do ourselves.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. IT WILL LEAD TO FRUSTRATION AND DISAPPOINTMENT.

I would highly recommend that any company looking to work with Tasmania.com to reconsider this.We run a tour company in Tasmania and after being contacted by these guys, created a tour perfect for their guests. This tour has been completed and have now been waiting 4 months for payment.We have now called 6 times and spoken to the only number on their website. Each time we call, the accounts team is unavailable and a call back is the only option. After 6 calls, we have never had a call back.Along with this, we have sent many emails asking to be contacted, with no response.Please be aware of this if ever considering partnering with this company as we will never go near them again.

Our trip was wonderful with not a single hiccup. The accommodation was excellent, the overall planning of the 10 day trip was perfect. Not too much time between locations and plenty of opportunity to be able to explore at our own pace. I have seen some really negative comments about this company but all I can say is that I was really impressed. We loved our trip!!

I do not recommend everyone to make a reservation through this company from the bottom of my heart. If you need to cancel your tour, they might not give back a refund in spite of following their formal procedures. I had to call them 7 times including representatives calls and send massage almost 9 times. They dodged my mentions until I finally lost my temper. They never call me back and reply emails twice until that. I had to feel like falling for a fraud. It gave me extremely stressed. If I gave up in the middle, they would think it is lucky. Eventually they game me back a refund though.This is the most dishonest travel agency in Australia I have ever applied.If you would like to make a trip plan, you should ask travel operators directly. Unlike some people, travel operators that were involved handled the support to solve this trouble well.

I would not recommend this company to anyone for trip booking. I've booked my trip with Tasmania.com and it was big mistake. I trusted them they understand our needs and we paid premium price for our booking. I explained our plan and situation that we're bringing our car and and have three kids. Unfortunate, our booking was without parking. we found secure car park but we have to walk to our hotel for 15 minutes, and pay parking fee every time we take our car out of car park. Absolutely not recommend to anyone with young family or anyone.

We paid for a seven course gourmet experience tour of Bruny island, once we were aboard the coach we were informed where we were going so first ti disappear was get shucked oysters (we got 3each which were with a very ordinary lunch) next the morning tea was out, the lunch at the vineyard was transferred to cruise cafe so no wine tasting then the poor excuse of not enough gin for tasting, we wondered what the very full car park patrons were doing to entertain themselves. So in retrospect a seven course gourmet experience turned into a three course dis appointment ( couldn’t include cruise cafe lunch as gourmet). Only good thing about tour was guides Hugh & Tim. Very very poor value for money

We were contacted last year in July to host guests at our B&B on April 6th. Despite making 5 attempts to get payment we haven't got beyond the 1300 number. The person/s on the other end of the phone say they aren't authorised to give us the name or contact details. On each occasion we have been told we are on a priority 'call back'. We would certainly not recommend dealing with with company. Only giving one star so I can make this post.

Brilliant planning and helpful staff during trip however post service regarding refunds from operators where they cancelled excursions, has been terrible. 5 months later and we are still waiting!
