Doesn't even deserve one star! Absolutely disgraceful telephone manner from the owner/manager herself! Absolutely gobsmacked at how rude and obnoxious she was despite my initial polite start to the conversation. Called the day before to get a quote and the assistant was lovely enough and understood and made box size recommendations. She told me that the 'Manager' would email me a quote that afternoon. After receiving no quote by 3.30pm the NEXT day, I rung again only to get a very abrupt and different woman who promptly told me that she hadn't emailed me as she had more important things to do - LITERALLY!!! She then proceeded to talk down to me, about my 'small' order quote request (50 plain boxes or 250 boxes with printed artwork on it) as if trying to make one appear 'stupid', asking questions and complicating my simple box measurement request; ALL of which seemed perfectly clear to her assistant the day before!! I told her I was sorry that my order wasn't important enough and that my business didn't seem wanted; to which she replied I could take it elsewhere!! Wow, just wow!! Either someone got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning or someone is just an outright cold and arrogant bi*tch!Will be filing a complaint with the various trade authorities as a result of this very stressful phone call. DO NOT do business with this horrid woman, there are far more nicer (and cheaper) companies around, two more of which we found after speaking to this horror and who in turn will receive repeated business from us and all our clients. Disgusting business to deal with; give them a HUGE miss if you value at least very BASIC decent customer service, telephone manner and someone who actually appears educated and humble!! Kudos to her poor assistant; I would hate to have a boss like that!
