Fantastic service, staff very accommodating. Images were all good quality, reports, reported well.I travel from Country just to use this facility.

They allowed me as a walkin Pt, that being said was told that I needed to walk up stairs for xray now this was extremely difficult and painful due to hallux rigidus in foot. Made it up the stairs to be told that it was not necessary they could have done it on ground floor. Damn it. Very quick service may have been time of day.

Everyone at Imaging Central were so great to deal with, from the receptionists to the nurses and technicians.. My appointment was made for next day service, and results sent back to the doctor that afternoon. That's what I call service. On the same afternoon, having to book another scan, I get the same next day appointment service. Definitely a 5 star service I can definitely recommend.

I was really impressed with this clinic. I had no idea what a rhizotomy entailed and was quite nervous initially, (don't go googling, it's confusing) but felt I was in good hands from the beginning of the process. And I was. Everything was explained calmly, clearly and I was reassured. It also turns out there's a very informative section about rhizotomies on their website! (and YES Dr, effective pain relief too) thank you

As a doctor my experience with this imaging company is terrible they do not upload the images for review in a timely manner which puts patients at risk by delaying treatment. They are clearly putting money making ahead of patient interests.

In fairness to this place I found them to be helpful. They have a kids area where we could wait, the receptionist was good and the guy who did the xray also was patient and got one of his colleagues to look after my son while I was in there. Then he printed off the images quickly and I could leave. They bulk billed me too. I would recommend this place

Cold shoulder treatment from the moment we walked in the door from receptionists to the radiographer. Twice we were told our 6-year-old's reports would be sent to her pediatrician and they never were.The only reason I don't rate them 1 star is that they manage to get us in on short notice.

I went in without an appointment, and it was so efficient! I was done in 10 minutes. Really impressive. Staff was really friendly.
