The staff here can be extremely rude and insensitive. Most are not trained and forget that this is a charity. I love the work the Salvation Army does but the stores that are op shops need to hire people that have compassion and are caring. Especially new staff and learning that 20% discount helps students and pension service people and is Thursday- Saturday. Also the pricing here is exorbitant. $7 plus for a used low quality Barbie doll.

Received my parcel today ahead of scheduled time. Included with my lovely purchases, was a beautiful hand made card just for me with the most lovely words. It really made my day, it felt like it had been written by a close friend.Thank you so much for your loving thoughtfulness.

Online says they close at 5pm. I got there at 4:50pm and the lady was locking the door I asked if I could please pop in and I’ll be 2 mins. She was very rude and said no as they were closed. Guess they were in a hurry to Leave.Being in retail half my life I know you have to keep the doors open till 5pm if that’s your shops hours.I now have no Dress up for a work do which is tomorrow. I’m not happy with her rudeness. I was literally going to take 2 minutes as that was the amount of time allowed to pick a dress up for my work event. I did mention this to her also.

Items are displayed well. Good variety and quality second-hand items at quite low prices. The volunteers/staff are lovely.
