My daughter swimming skills and confidence is increasing every week. Very happy

Started off great but quickly declined. The most disorganised swim school I’ve ever attended. Gave 2 stars cause SOME of the teachers are lovely and the facilities are nice. You’ll need a lot of patience if you’re wanting to attend here. Reception literally have no idea what they’re doing, their app does nothing but show your next class and trying to book a make-up lesson is near impossible due to the lack of knowledge from reception. We chose a class based on a teacher that my daughter enjoyed in the beginning but that only lasted 3 weeks before it was a cycle of young, lazy and impatient teachers that clearly didn’t want to be there and lack skills and experience. We attended for 6 months hoping it would improve but sadly didn’t. Wouldn’t recommend!

Instructors and classes are great! My 12 month old absolutely loves his lessons and his teacher. However the customer service could be better! I think it’s a great idea to have an app, if only it actually let me do the things it’s intended for like adding credit and booking makeups ect. And I feel like everytime I call or go in person and speak to whoever is at the front desk that day they are always lovely and welcoming but have completely no idea what they are doing.. Great swim school if you have a lot of patience :)

To be honest I do not recommend this swim school although the swimming teachers are nice, they just don't inform parents what's happening I'm sick of paying money for the stress, they tell me I have 4 make up lessons to use on my app and yet I have looked all through the app and there is absolutely nothing!! So I pretty much paid for the lessons for nothing, they also don't call my daughters name when it's her lesson time so we are left to find the teacher ourselves which of course it's already 5 minutes past by than .. this has happened more than once which is very very odd

Very happy with our tester class and then our following class afterwards. My daughter will have on going lessons here for sure! At the end of the day the most important thing is that children understand safety in the water and are confident with swimming and I am very happy with how serious these classes and the instructors are. Would recommended this swim school to all friends a family :)

If i could give zero i would.was a great swimming school until new owner took over. She belitted my child made fun of him and others in the class. We took our son out this school

Very nice and clean, staffs there are all very friendly. My son loves swimming there, and he has been instructed by Katie, Edwina and Sam, they are all very nice and patient, highly recommend this swimming school.

My grandsons' coach, Jack, is a wonderful human as well as a patient and constructive teacher, especially for someone so young. He is so watchful of the twins who prefer to wait for their turn underwater, gently and firmly persistent and kind to them. Lovely clean quiet surrounds

We had our daughter here when it was Joyous and now, back at a fully refurbished Fish and Flips. Katie had been a wonderful instructor and we look forward to this being a fun weekly activity.
