It’s a hidden gem, tucked away in Burnside. Efficient, affordable & friendly staff. Walked out happy with healthy hair again. The apprentice may need to crack a smile though.

Each time I have been has been nothing short of amazing. The girls, especially Rose show an outstanding level of professionalism, welcoming and such a fun experience. Will recommend to anyone on the coast to go see the girls at Gems!

I have found Gems to always be affordable and have great availability. Chelsea is very professional and takes the time to work out exactly what you want. She is honest and will give constructive feedback and will let you know what will work and look good and what won’t. Having gone from blonde to dark I am loving the new change. Chelsea is good fun, friendly and you always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I am no hair person and don’t even own a hair dryer so I love when I visit Gems and am looked after by Chelsea. Always a treat. Thanks team for all you do and looking after your customers.
