It's a great place with a harbour and a variety of shops, cafe's, restaurants, as well as a beach.

Found a good watering hole here, but finding a carpark here after 9am in the holidays is insane. Good luck. If you get one, by a lottery ticket and then find Little C's restaurant to chill down.

really enjoy my visit with friends. We had fish and chips and hot chocolate under the sun in the park. Looking forward to doing it again. Kane by Taxi used to live locally in Ocean Reef, before moving to Balcatta was great to get back to the old haunt.

Visited the jarrah bar. very nice pub with a decent choice of beers and pub food. Also live music on sellected nights.

Not nearly as popular as it was. There is a lot of vacant shops which gives it tired and neglected feel. The little beach is still popular with families where it is very safe for children to play in the sea.

This is a great place to visit for casual dining in one of many eating outlets. Dine in or take away options are available. Young families enjoy safe swimming or other beach activities.

A wonderful place with great restaurants & cafes, a shopping place, and entertainment for the whole family! The surrounding is beautiful and with tranquil atmosphere.It was not crowded during my visit and enjoyed exploring this part of the town. Highly recommended to anyone!

Great spot for bbq with good kids beach and playground. Restaurants, bars and a variety of other shops makes for a good day out.

So run down now, lots of closed shops and the crime is out of control. Security cameras everywhere to keep you safe but looks like Alcatraz .
