F45 Training Indooroopilly
I've been doing F45 since June 2019 and have tried and tested 6 F45s across NSW and QLD, and this is one of the best ones to work out at! All the trainers are supportive, friendly and approachable and don't mind when I change up an exercise that doesn't work for me! Definitely an F45 I would recommend.

Amazing team, lots of energy and genuinely great coaches who help you with your goals whether it’s weight loss or something like being able to do a box jump. Such a great studio and really motivates me to come in to train!

I joined F45 indro in January this year. The coaches and clients are very welcoming and encouraging. I look forward to the class each day and I love the variety of the classes. I have been fortunate to meet some great people who I now consider friends. A great place to workout, leave the outside stresses behind and also socialise. Highly recommend!
