Casula parkrun
How good is Parkrun? Came out west to do the Casula Parklands Parkrun last Saturday. Great park, great course and great volunteers. The course seems to attract high numbers of visitors, probably because its a C course, and lots of people collect up their C's for the Pirate challenge. There were people from all states, and a guy from Norway. Would highly recommend.
