Amazing for two reasons:1. Very well preserved and full of interesting, quirky UK memorabilia.2. Why would anybody spend that much money and time to demolish a fairly ordinary Southampton house and recreate it, brick by brick, in Australia?

Beautifully maintained house of Australian early aviation pioneer Bert Hinkler. Entry is included with the museum ticket. The gardens and cafe are also well worth visiting.
