Came to our home to change the battery in my phone. Great communication from first contact to keep me informed of parts ordered and expect arrival and updated me with an earlier job time when part arrived earlier than expected. Got my wifes phone fixed for small additional fee while he was here. Good service thoroughly recommend Fix2U.

My phone starting glitching and i wanted to change the screen. The price was pretty decent and I saw a bunch of positive reviews so I was leaned towards Fix2u. The technician didn't take too long to fix it. But when i tried paying with apple pay, it kept declining bc of some error. That should have been the first red flag. I assumed it was an error with my card/bank but for the next week I could not pay using any of my cards on my phone.It has been a week since it was fixed and my phone has mysteriously shut down twice already. I noticed there is also a lag for when i type and for the characters to show up on the screen.I also noticed the screen resolution looks a little worse compared. There are some icons or apple widgets that looks weird/different as well.They said you will still be under apple warranty if u have it fixed with fix2u but I'm not too sure about that because it shows up in my settings that iphone cant determine if the screen is genuine. I was no longer under apple care so i wasn't too fussed. But be aware if you still are.I hope this review helps you make an informed decision on whether to go forth with fix2u. I will keep you guys updated if there are anymore issues.

Very disappointed with experience, booked online, spoke to the local tech (forget name but Brisbane West), then.....nothing. I cancelled other appointments and worked from home to be home for my appointment, but no show, no call. Tried calling three times but no answer. Then a day or two later a random email from the booking system saying 'You've requested to cancel your booking'. Not the case.Unprofessional and unresponsive - would not recommend.

I recently broke both the glass and LCD on my iPhone 12. They came to my door and fixed it in 20 minutes. Definitely recommend

What I thought was a cracked screen was only a cracked screen protector. Technician was honest and replaced the protector for a much lower price than I was expecting.
