Town & Country Motor Inn Forbes

I've enjoyed the clean and spacious rooms every time I have stay here. Check in is very friendly. Close to the club for a meal, far enough of the main road to make the rooms quiet.

Excellent service experienced while I stayed here 3 nights, owner was very friendly and was happy to accommodate my requests, room was kept tidy and clean. Great extra was the option of continental breakfast delivered each night. Plenty of parking for each room and located conveniently next to the bowling club, with only a 10m walk from my room to the venue.

From the moment we called and spoke with Lynette, this place was on point. Friendly on the phone and had a bit of a joke (after hours on the road this was welcomed) as we were running later than expected we were called to let us know the key would be left ready for us in the safe. Get to our room and what a very pleasant surprise. Great size, clean, everything we need and an amazing shower (again, critical after being on the road for hours).Decided to look at local take away options for food only to discover that the bistro at the golf course delivers to your room free of charge so points to them too and this was bloody amazing food (speak with Maddie, she done good).Had a fantastic nights sleep and wake up to the beautiful view over the golf course before we have from out room (see photo below).We normally head up and down on the coast but I will say that this place has made the trip up and down the Newell just that little more enjoyable and for our trips we will plan our route based on your room available.So, great work Lynette from here and to Maddie from the Golf club bistro.

Comfortable and well priced room, Prefect for visiting family and very helpful and friendly service!

Right off the hwy on the northern side of town. Our room was very comfortable and clean. It was 39 degrees when we arrived and the rooms aircon worked very well. The pool is a good size and gets lots of shade late in the afternoon. Check in was very quick, easy and friendly. The bathroom was recently updated and is very modern. No traffic noises. No noises from neighbours rooms. Will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. Very clean and all linen was perfect. No signs of dust. You get what you pay for.

Clean, fairly quiet hotel. Backs onto the golf club where you can order room service or go in for a meal. Sheets were crisp and bathroom was modern. Kettle and toaster in the room, reverse cycle AC and free wifi. Great spot to stop if travelling through

Nice rooms but too small for family of four. It was a very tight fit for us including luggage. Was expecting it to be noisy but it wasn't too bad considering it is on the main highway. Beds pretty comfortable. Bathroom desperately needs a vanity to fit the space so there is room to put personal items.
