I can't believe this is a last minute cake that team Clarkson made for my 21st birthday. It was soo yummy guys and can't express my gratitude enough.. Best cheesecake ever... loved it❤️

These guys went above and beyond to create a last minute cake for my sons birthday. It was is absolutely delicious! Tasted better than cakes I've paid almost $200 for. So soft and fluffy. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating for my last minute order. We'll be back!!

Clarkson Cheesecake ShopThis email was due for Monday the 13th already but I didn't have a chance to send it.I deeply regret trusting you for making my order. It was a disaster and a great disappointment.The only thing that was correct was the rainbow cake.I ask for a custom cake based on the picture followed by our discussion.The cake would have been made not with yes (because you said it's expensive and was persistent about it, you didn't care if I actually was prepared to pay the price) but with the hot wheel picture the happy birthday and the flags on the side and blue, in actual fact i paid for a lets celebrate star-sprin and a hot wheel picture you offered to do the flags! Then I also ordered your cupcakes 15 off them. The only difference is the colours are green and blue icing, the rest is the same.I got a phone call at 12 o'clock. There is a problem. The staff member let the cupcakes fall so I can come later. Yes, all good no problem.I sent my husband to collect them as per arrangement, when he got home I was furious and phoned the store.I spoke to the lady, I asked her one question...was the cake discussed with them what was expected and was the email shown to them....No!So I get a celebration star-sprin with no stars or flags, not fully blue or even colourful sprinkles!My cupcakes are blue and green, no toppings of cherries, Oreo or toffee!You literally did your own thing but charged me for custom" and off the shelf items that are incomplete!I am about to do my review regarding my experience and what I received

The rainbow custom cake you made me for my mom's birthday was the tastiest cake I've ever had.

Fantastic cakes! I've tried at least 5 different cakes and they are so tasty. My Sons first birthday cake was colourful and cheerful and he had so much fun eating it. The staff are very helpful, efficient and friendly.

If you are looking for great service from a caring business owner look no further this shop it is fantastic and worth the drive wherever you live.They have taken care of our families cellebrations for a long time and will do for a long time to come. Great service great people and superb cakes.

I recently have been to this cheesecake shop in Clarkson, and I have only good things to say about it. The staff are friendly, the cake I ordered was really nice. Nothing bad to say. Easily recommend this place

I am a “slightly” biased, regular customer of TCS- and rightfully so. From their ready-to-go standard cakes served right from the showcase to their carefully-crafted custom cakes, even to their reliability and ability to provide for last minute situations that would otherwise turn out disastrous, the Cheesecake Shop has always been my go-to and I don’t see this changing anytime soon.The flexibility of this store has astounded me time and time again. I bought a cake of appreciation for my nurse friends on International Nurses Day and was so pleased with the resulting extra strawberries and chocolate buttons that were moved around and placed to cater to my occasion. Their short notice cakes are beyond delectable and constantly provide pleasant surprises for customers, including myself.The Cheesecake Shop never fails to be diverse in their production. If you weren’t aware, they do marvellous mermaid cakes, varying theme cakes, engagement cakes, and wedding cakes.Overall, TCS is a spectacular store- excelling in its job to give me, and many others, beautiful cakes to brighten our days. Seeing is believing and to engage with the friendly, inviting staff to get your hands on the cake you seek, you will have to step into the shop yourself.
