Staff were both experience and professional and knew what they were talking about. I was talked down from getting the most expensive unit which saved me a lot of money. It only took a week for the install and I finally have decent drinking water. Highly recommended.

We have just had our whole of house filters installed by WA Water Filters. We are very happy with the installation and the difference the water filters make. The installation by Ash was very professional, even thought it was a 37 degree day he was very neat and tidy. Jag was great with his presentation and follow up visit to ensure all was working as it should. I would be very happy to recommend WA water filters to family and friends.

We came in to discuss some water filter solutions with regards to taking out fluoride and heavy metals from our taps and Jag was very helpful with the information he shared and had a great deal of knowledge about the filtering systems.Highly recommend them and everybody should be drinking filtered water for their health.

Been having problems sourcing drinking water system filters over the years. Visited this place - Solved! Craig was exceptionally helpful and instructive and we ended up modifying an old system to fit latest filters without me having to go on line, order, wait and rely on postal services and so on for an outdated unit. I personally came into the office and requested someone come out to advise where the system would go before installation, but was advised they don't do that but 99% of the time they can go where we request (Extra cost may be involved if a distance from existing plumbing) I informed them I was happy with paying extra to get the unit to a preferred location, and paid the 50% deposit.When plumber arrived and installed, was advised only one location to go, no other options.*Half way* through the install process was informed some plants needed removing. (Although they did replant them afterwards, fingers crossed they survive.)So my advise to new buyers.1. Salesperson/office will not convey information to plumbers of your willingness to locate unit to a more preferred location/s for extra cost.2. You get the one location at plumber's discretion not yours.3. May need to remove plants. (Maybe ask installer before they start)
