Aanand has been an excellent Buyers Agent, we just got our first investment property through him. From our very first call, he has been really calm and approachable which put us on ease. At no point was he pushy / tried to rush and we were able to establish trust easily. We signed up for property management with Guru properties as well and they have been able to find a Tenant with just 1 open house , we were also updated immediately about what happened at the open house. We are very thankful and delighted with the end to end process was so smooth. Highly recommend them in QLD!

Ignorant, not accommodating what so ever, lack of care for the property, no weekend contact, no care for animals or pets on the premises, will not recall calls or voice messages, will allow injuries to occur due to reported maintenance on the premises not being repaired or fixed… absolutely wouldn’t waste my time let alone money

Extremely helpful and really supportive people. When no one was ready to consider us and our applications were getting rejected GURU properties was the one who listened to us, understood our problem and ensured us with a smooth and hassle free process of renting an apartment. Many Thanks to the team, I won't ever be able to explain my situation before I talked to them, renting an apartment is one hell of a fight in Brisbane city when you don't strong background like rental history but they done it for us.
