The absolute worst. If you don’t have to use them don’t waste your time. Extremely difficult to get a hold of and quite frankly, do not do their job correctly.

They are extremely hard to speak to, on hold for 3 hours then I gave up trying. It took over a week to actually speak to someone, and then they didn't know how to help. If I wasn't forced to use Toll I would definitely look elsewhere.

Shocking! Absolutely disgusting customer care/service. I had to chase up my parcel as no one knew where it was the amount of driving I had to do when it was meant to be a delivery I had 2 hours notice of delivery which I was at work then when U got home had the little slip they give you. Rang 4 times to try pick up my parcel. They gave me 3 different addresses then I had to drive 20 mins to get the thing after all the stuff around didn't refund my delivery. I will avoid going to through Toll.Very unsatisfied.
