Absolutely loved my nails I got today, great service and very fair price

I haven’t had my nails done for about twenty years and I walked in and felt like the service was quite rude, seeing I had no idea what to do and when to put my hand in the dryer etc.The women was very abrupt bordering on nasty. I went to pay and had to transfer money and the lady was tapping her foot impatiently which made me feel really awful and was smirking . I feel like I’m a respectful and nice person and the service made me feel like I was a nuisance even being there . Will not give them my business and am very disappointed as it was meant to be a treat for me .

Not happy with their performance, i got my nails done on Thursday and they just break right in the next day. Didn’t even lost for 24h, I’ve been waiting for them more the half and hour no ones cares and three customers get their job done which they came after me. Paid $70 for it. Very bad customer service.

STOP DONT COME HERE BIG REGRET! No stars if I could almost walked out blind eyes on fire sore for days they rushed my nails not even 24hrs later chucks of polish falling off (couldn’t even pick the shape of my nails cause she didnt want to shape them telling me it’s not what she wanted even tho it’s my body and not the best service either they need to take the time and care for there clients waste of $141 and my eyes are still sore feeling bruised and eye drops and water feel like acid n my eyes (chemical burn) never will I go there again

The most terrible nail experience I've ever had. I've been here a few times previously and have always chosen out of the same colour book every time for my acrylic refills, and every time they've used a UV lamp. On this particular occasion, they refused to use a UV lamp. The polish was so thick it was almost a paste. I said I'd be happy to choose a different polish (it seemed expired) because I didn't think it would dry without a UV lamp and was told that I was fine to go, and you can't use a UV lamp with the service I got. I get the same service every time. Was extremely confused. Once I paid and left (after being charged more than what was stated on the website) I looked down and my nails were all smudged and lumpy from incorrectly applied acrylic and thick polish. I went back and asked for them to be fixed and was told that they could repaint them, but because it's cold it can take up to 6 hours for the polish to completely dry! After spending 2 hours in salon I left with ruined nails after being overcharged. One other customer was in the salon and she too was extremely unhappy after being left for a removal unattended for 30 minutes whilst the employees were on the other side of the salon giving each other pedicures.

Beautiful nails and beautiful staff, I walked in around 2 days ago, it was my first time getting them done so I was super nervous but they were very patient and didn't mind. It was luckily quiet inside so the service was quick, thank you v.j nails ❤

Sadly not the best experience. I had a booking but was a little late. I was seated straight away which was good. However I think it was the fastest manicure and shellac I’ve ever had that took less than 10 minutes. The shellac was unevenly applied so I’m not so happy with the job at all. The tech didn’t speak to me at all except right at the end when she told me to wash my hands. I came back and asked a couple of times “have you finished” but she’d already moved onto to another client and I was left standing. I had to ask the client next to me and she didn’t know either. Finally another tech called out that I had finished. I paid and left. I won’t be coming back.Edit: Yes definitely your store in Killians Walk.

If you're looking for a nail salon that truly cares about their clients, this is the place to go! The staff is so kind and accommodating, and they really take the time to listen to your preferences. I had a pedicure and it was so relaxing, and my feet felt amazing afterwards.
