Can not begin to describe how amazing KLM have been throughout the proceedings. Their lawyer Ellen Anderson was absolutely amazing and could not have asked for better representation. She was understanding, truthful and was really easy to get a long with. After the first consultation I felt relieved and knew that I had the best people for the job. Cannot recommend her and the other colleagues at KLM enough.

Disgusting. Grotesque negligence and disinterest, only interested in your money. Lied to me that they had submitted my legal aid application, assured me multiple times it was processing, called legal aid myself- nothing, never submitted. Running out of time before hearing, they couldn't even be bothered to help me with an adjournment. Follow up communication has been rude. I get it, xmas busy time of year, we all make mistakes...but you fix mistakes and profusely apologise and make amends when its a devoted dad fighting to keep his son, and you've let him down in the worst possible way.
