I hate to leave a bad review but I had my iPad Pro’s (large one) screen was cracked. The screen and lcd were replaced for over $600. This was fine with me but it took 2 repairs over several months which I would have been ok with but my iPad works has touch sensitivity problems now that it never had before. I have to use a mouse with it now.The repair guy was lovely but I just don’t trust this place and now I’m having it repaired again somewhere for another $310 but the screen will never be perfect they tell me because there is fading and light coming through from the edges. I can live with that though.If you have a big iPad like mine I’d recommend paying a bit more and repairing with apple. I tried to save money and ended up paying the same and I think you get a whole new iPad with them.Perhaps this place is better at other devices but I would not recommend for large iPad Pro screen replacements.

FixSpot Repair did an amazing job replacing the cracked screen on our iPhone X and all during Stage IV lockdown due to Covid-19. Their contactless customer service and communication was excellent and their pricing very reasonable. They repaired the phone same day and posted it back to us. We highly recommend this company.

Really good customer service, had to wait longer to get my phone fixed as sometimes things take longer but they communicated through text the entire time and was very apologetic about the wait. Service like this is hard to get and from the looks of this business it’s what they are all about.

I was very happy with my experience, very friendly, and helped to fix my phone when my screen was absolutely shattered. He was safe and adhered to social distancing. Would recommend highly. Also had an issue with my camera and he was very helpful to check it out and get it working for me again.

Got my screen repaired and was working fine for 4 months then started to get white lines through it. Asked if it could be repaired under warranty but was told a tiny superficial scratch about 1cm ( maybe from keys ) void warranty and would have to pay for a whole sum again to fix.

Have gone to these guys couple of times to fix my phone and never got disappointed. The service is great, quick and reasonable price. Professionals if you want to get your beloved phone fixed without any issue down the track. Will recommend %100

Lowest level of customer service.Edit:Firstly as per the call and agreement, the servicing person didn't show up when travelled all the way to have a look at my phone. Besides I was told to come again and this is ridiculous.I've got a personal message which is very threatening and to remove this review where I voiced what happened to me and I what I felt personally. So bad and low standards I see.
