I have used Aqua Legal, at Maitland, twice in the last six months. The first time was when buying a property that was up for auction. I put in an early bid that was accepted but only IF I had contracts exchanged prior to the proposed auction date. Aqua legal got me across the line with that buy, at very short notice and on a very short time frame. Impressive work and that's now the home I live in.The second time I used Aqua Legal was for the sale of my old house, which settled today.
