I can highly recommend Katie as a masseuse and naturopath. She is incredibly skilled in both areas and always brings about change for the better. I see her regularly and love the myofascial massage and Chinese cupping. It releases so much tension, especially in the neck and back, and has helped with structural issues as well. Couldn't be happier!
