Takes the guess work out of finding the best insurance ! wish I had of checked here first before loosing my sanity dealing with my previous car insurance company :)But this awesome company with their awesome staff and their awesome competitions have put a smile back on my dial !! Will definitely check here before purchasing any insurance in the future ! an extra 5 minutes research will save 5 months of stress later on !! trust me ;)

Immediate response to my Messenger question on a Friday night, even though their office was closed till Monday morning. A very polite & sensitive person responded & within a minute they had emailed me a variety of quotes with differing excess amounts. Great service thanks!

Highly recommend. Such good customer service people. Referred me on to a brands that would cover my dad's pre-existing conditions, and onto a budget brand for me that actually paid my claim when I needed to make one overseas. Thanks for the helpful information.

This company's card comes up in place of budget insurance who we have had atrocious dealings with over a not at fault claim with budget wanting to double our excess and charge us instead of paying up. If budget is cheapest" know it's because your not covered."

They provided an excellent service and solved all my issues at no direct benefit to their own company.I called to enquire about 'Already Overseas Travel Insurance'. Natali clearly explained all the important differences associated with this kind of cover, and also sent me a detailed email and link to the relevant article on their website. This allowed me to see that only a small handful of providers offer 'Already Overseas Travel Insurance'. I was then able to call the two companies that suited me most for a quote and ask them the important questions that Natali made me aware of.Compare Insurance had no means of attaining commission for 'Already Overseas Travel Insurance' sales leads yet they went out of their way to assist me.
