Stay clear! This is by far the worst company we’ve ever dealt with.Jon made promises to build/install a bbq. Changed dates, didn’t bother to call us to say he was going to, just didn’t turn up, never replied to emails or dm’s. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Lucky to still be in business.

Benchtops cracked right through the sink cutout after a couple of months, and sealer could be picked off with your fingernail. Had to eventually cut the bench tops into pieces and take them to the tip, after mould started to grow in the pitted/pockmarked surface and the cracks started to open up. The owner of Benchmark, Jon Lee would not return phone calls or emails.Avoid like the plague, have since spoken to numerous other architectural concrete companies that repair/replace this guys work regularly. Complete and utter trash.

How is this company still in business? I have worked with many tradies in my life and this company is by far the worst. Wasted so much of my time (and plumbers) chasing up to finish my install, was given lie after lie. Told me in 2017 he was closing up?? Forget about the nice instagram photos (concrete_benchtops) and pre sales support. My build quality was poor and I will need to eventually replace. Find another company in Melbourne. Be warned!

I’ve delayed on reviewing incase there were any more cracks in my bench, but I’m pretty sure if there was to be any more they wouldn’t make it or take forever to respond.I did a better job at covering the cracks with my kids crayons........There was a feeling of inexperience and a lot of resistance. Or maybe it was a bad time!I or my fabulous cabinet maker will never use or suggest to others this company.Sorry guys you need to lift your actI was very disappointed and still are
