Booked online at late notice after our car broke down. They didn’t actually have the car we booked online but made no fuss, and I believe gave us an upgrade with no dramas made due to the mix up from online versus in person.Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The guy did help us out, and we have wheels for the weekend at a decent price and short notice.

I dealt with Matt and was really impressed with his and Budget Mornington's service from start to finish. The rates were more than reasonable, the process seamless and professional and the drop off time was really flexible. I will definitely use Budget Mornington next time I need a hire car!

Booked a hire car online for 5 days after selling my car, before picking up the new car. Easy dealing with staff, no fuss. Guys not overly friendly but you get what you need. Car was a fairly new basic Honda HR-V with low km and very clean inside and out. Prices are good with unlimited kilometres, which is great! Renting a car gets you Qantas points too.

Terrible customer service. I was having trouble locating my drivers licence. At 5.03pm the guy said he ”didn’t get paid overtime” and needed to close the shop. I’ll try a different rental company tomorrow. Pretty shameful behaviour.
