The staff at Exact Radiology are very professional and easy to deal with. However, buyer beware check your private health first to see if your covered for Ultrasound despite them indicating otherwise and these are also not covered by Medicare here.This is misinformation given at the time. Should it have been explained fully I would have taken my business else where.

I tried to book in, but the rude receptionist spoke to me in such a patronising, condescending manner, that there's no way I would ever visit this place, let alone give them my money. Thankfully when I rang the Beenleigh clinic 2 minutes later the receptionist was far more polite and welcoming. Looking forward to using this as a case study on Customer Experience. You need to invest in some staff training Jimboomba. Appalling treatment.

I had an ultra sound done and they did not find much. 2 weeks later I'm in emergency with Pancretitus because I had a gallstone stuck in a bile duct that they did not pick up on. Life threatening and will not go back there again
