Took three weeks to collect a broken bin request via my local council, and wonder why it’s no longer out the front for them to collect? Get outta here. Incompetent company. Amazing how they manage to hold council contracts if this is the usual level of customer service.Edit 2021.The whole system of collecting green waste needs overhauling. Either half of the waste is left after emptying, or the bin falls into their truck, or half dumps onto the roadway. Bins need venting and agitating prior to disposal on the 240 litre bins. See pic***Update Dec 2022***I have found keeping the green bin lid ajar, using a piece of timber helps allow the contents to release the fumes associated with its decomposition. Doing this allows for the load to not congeal during the time it takes for the next collection. After doing this, the truck hasn't dumped half the contents onto the roadway (expect for two occasions) so far so good.

Very poor customer service. I asked the lady what is the manager contact number or any where I can go to report the unprofessional customer service, she just said we don’t have, bye ...I used this service for a year and consider to move to another company now. It’s horrible. I put my bin service on hold and they still come to collect and charge the money. I understand the put on hold service just only maximum 3 month. However, if you are a good company, you should email to your clients and ask if they wish to continue to use your service.Ok, let’s forget about this. I told them I don’t want to use there service until my shop open and I believe it is fair enough. How can I pay the money if no one there to put anything in the bin?She even replied with the wrong address and wrong date.I call in the next morning, the lady was so grumpy in the phone.I want to speak with manager and she said we don’t have and bye.Should consider if you change to use this service.
