Fitness centre for residents only, who have registered and are paying yearly fee. Has a gym, sauna, aerobics machines, swimming pool and a tennis court. Clean and well maintained.

The place is a much appreciated attempt at providing the necessary facilities for a family-oriented, diverse community. The quality of services do not live up to the name of Melbourne and Australia though.The quality of services in the outer suburbs of Melbourne are rather similar to what you get in developing contries.
