Once again - exceptional Service. Picked up on time (in Cairns) and as circumstanced allowed, delivered (to Adelaide) earlier than first estimated.Communication by all staff was excellent and of course bike was in perfect condition.Thanks to all at Bikes Only.

Must have been a rough trip over. The fuel cap had vibrated out and the battery was flat. Bike couldn’t be started and had to have a new battery fitted. HD said cause of flat battery was the alarm must not have been isolated and the alarm would have been on the trip sounding all the way.Would this be correct?

A seamless transaction from initial enquiry to actual delivery. Competitively priced and delivery was a day earlier than the ETA, not bad considering the bike was picked up in the Southern suburbs of Perth and dropped off at Bikes Only Canberra depot in just over two weeks. Second time I've used Bikes Only and certainly my go to people if I ever need to move a motorcycle again, a pleasure to deal with.

Purchased a bike interstate, booked Bikes Only after reading their reviews and ringing my local BMW dealer to ask who they used (exclusively Bikes Only). Process was simple, smooth and professional from first enquiry, through booking process, pick up (as per seller) and delivery to me. Condition was exactly as when picked up and timeframe exactly as indicated. Would use again in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

My job was complicated in getting the bike to you in Melbourne, but that all worked out. You advised I was booked for late June, but you called during April advised that the job was to brought forward to 30 May. And guess what, Craig rang me on 30 May and advised the bike was in his shed. No damage as per all the other times my mates and I have used your services since 2007. They were great. Communicated well and kept me informed along the way. I had them carry my scooter from Brisbane to Melbourne. They gave me a pick-up time which I needed to make earlier which they were happy to accommodate. They arrived on time. For drop off, same again, gave me the time and were there right on time. They took great care of my scooter which arrived in perfect condition. Great experience, highly recommend.

Bike collected in my absence from Cully’s in Balcatta and delivered on promised date to K&M Motorcycles to be serviced prior to my pickup, as arranged. All went very smoothly in spite of the loaded bike
