Coles Bankstown

Great to see a new Coles open at Bankstown. Centre got renovated recently and looking great.Unfortunately I have been charged for red grapes instead of black grapes which is higher in price.

What in the world we live in, more self serve check outs, less serviced ones. They do not even supply recyclable bags to take your purchases to home. Absolutely no customer care. may be they don't need to as long as cooperate profits are flowing in. Shame on you Coles. Don't forget who brought you where you are. It's a small world after all.

A new Coles supermarket at Bankstown, located at the ground floor of Bankstown Centro. Clean, fully stocked with some store-specific selections that I haven't seen at the other Coles stores nearby.

A pretty large Coles supermarket with the usual great range of fresh foods and groceries. There are a lot of self-server check-outs so there is almost never a wait to leave the store. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Coles Bankstown NSW Saturday 20-05-2023, morning, opening time 7am. The car park located near Coles upper level, is all chained off and closed, this wasn't an isolated incident, it's always like this for the first few hours of opening time. Only self service was available, this Coled is a major size store located in a busy big shopping centre.No plastic shopping bags available, I get this.When asked about how and where I can purchase the paper shopping bag, I was told we don't have any. A staff member located at the front desk service cigarettes counter said, only the $2.50 plus shopping bags are available. Let me speak to your manager please, after a few minutes the manager, Assistant store manager Craig" showed up. I explained the situation about how there was no paper bags available

Went to Coles Bankstown, bought macrons for office and was shocked with the customer service. I was told they don't have lids for the container and pack the macrons in a plastic bag. Absolutely, no empathy from the customer service manager. Manager Binat" was not concern about the customer service and customer's experience at all. I was told to put this review so that the higher management start providing the lids to their store."

Crowds crowds crowds everywhere... not finding what I came in for, ending up buying something I didn't plan for... yep that was my shopping experience at bankstown Coles... I have to admit though the availability of self checkout for those with full trolleys is a plus.

i made my first click and collect purchase from coles bankstown 2 days ago. got there on time and there was no parking even on click and collect spots. notified from their text message clicking the link that i had arrived. no response for 10 minutes. i then rang twice in the number provided with no answer. few minutes later i received a call from the same number and the connection wasn’t clear and the guy hung up on me. i then had to go to the store and tell a staff that i was there for click and collect. he disappeared and had to ask another staff for help. after about 30 minutes i got hands on the stuff i bought. it’d have been quicker and hassle free for me to go to the store and grab everything myself. not sure if i will ever be using this service again.

Good quality and cariety if products are available. Staff are friendly and the store is clean. I did notice that in the evening the stacking of shelves takes place which is nit an issue however there are some employees stacking the goods by blocking the whole aisle by keeping goods on onside and the loaded goods trolley on the other side thereby essentially blocking out the whole aisle as well as causing a safety hazard to customers. Hopefully someone could look into this
