Good supermarket -- small but adequate, with lots of free parking. Often have stock other supermarkets don't have.

I’m a regular at this coles and although it is an old store with a carpark full of potholes, I always do my shopping here because of the excellent staff. The checkout people are always friendly and i always enjoy a conversation with Ollie or Aimee. Matthew and Dylan from the fruit and veg section are always friendly and willing to help. I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff, they are all professional and friendly. 5/5 customer service at this coles

Terrible customer service by Katherine (check-out lady). I went shopping at Coles today and Katherine was engaged in conversation with the previous customer throughout our entire “interaction”. She did not say hi, ask how I would like to pay (cash/card), whether I had FlyBuys, or if I wanted a receipt. After the sale, she then started a new conversation with the customer after me. Katherine completely ignored me during this shop and acted like I wasn’t even there or a customer. Management should consider improving their customer service standards so that each customer leaves satisfied.

The area is growing and this Coles still has no self-checkouts and is falling apart at the seams. I am sure there are upgrades in the pipeline, but it would be better if they were done sooner rather than later with the new apartments going up nearby.

A quiet visit today for our weekly grocery shop. Excellent friendly customer service today. Car park is cumbersome though.

Utterly appalling service at Coles Pennant Hills this afternoon. I'm always up for a chat. A young man (Mitch) on the check out conversed with the customer before me, a young women around his age who I believe was a work colleague, then failed to greet or acknowledge me. He made no effort to pack my bag after I had unloaded its contents (I ended up repacking it all myself), didn't make the usual FlyBy's request which resulted in a very slow transaction, as he had to cancel and reload the transaction and then mumbled if I required a receipt. I said, No" and seconds later he asked again. "No thanks mate"

Average.Small and a little bit old.Lights need to be upgraded.Parking areas need a lot of attention.The staff are good and friendly.shelves are clean.

Pros - lovely staff.Cons - the carpark is a mess with enormous potholes.Trolleys cannot be used without coins. I don't carry cash, so I couldn't buy what I couldn't carry.All the fresh food fridges were dark & looked as if they were out of order.
