Got a facial service voucher off Groupon. there were 2 options 29$ for 45 mins and 39$ for 60 mins. Got the 39$ voucher. But she did the facial for 40 mins. also booked a haircut but without notifying me in advance after the facial she says she doesn't have time for the haircut! like atleast let me know before so I can book elsewhere. Sent her a msg. no reply poor pathetic service.FYI I booked the services 2 days prior and still got that pathetic service.

Avoid like the plague. Extremely disappointed with the uneven cut. Not to mention chopping 15 cm more than was requested.

Karen is a excellent hairdresser, I had a very good experience and my hair looked amazing. My sister had her eyebrows done and its the nicest she's ever had them. Wonderful customer service.

Hi guys I visited the lounge today for my full body wax for my wedding purpose and I was really nervous,panicking whether I did the right choice in choosing this beauty salon but I gotta tell they do the best job. 1 hour 15 mins all done and I was out with no bleeding. I think Karen was the one who attended me but I would give them 5 star rating. Reasonable rate and best outcome.Thanks for waiting on me and making this experience pleasant :)
