Tom and the team at MYCARZ- High class limousines provided a professional and quality service for our wedding at the start of August. On the wedding day, Tom and his staff were professional, punctual and friendly. The cars he provided were immaculate!We had originally organised a family friend to drive us in his old Holden, but with torrential rain forecast for the big day and him unable to drive the old car from Sydney in rain we had to make other arrangements. We called Tom four days before the wedding to see if he could organise another car for us and he was so helpful to accommodate our last-minute requests. Both my husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and his team at MYCARZ.

Hired multiple vehicles for a rather complex wedding family transfer. They helped plan timings well, we all arrived on time and drivers were great.

On the 27/12/2016 we booked High Class Limousines to take us to Watsons Bay and back from the Central Coast.On the way back home we broke down in Artarmon.We were stuck outside in 36+ degree heat at Caltex Service station for 40minutes while the Limo has smoke coming out from under the bonnet.We were instructed that we should go to the nearest pub because the next Limo that could pick us up was 50minutes away at the cricket. We then asked if there was another option as that was unacceptable and we were then told the limo at the cricket was going to be 2hours + away so they were going to send another Limo from the Central Coast and it would take an 1hour and 40minutes.Luckily a Coast and Country mini bus drove past, saw what was happening and came to the rescue. They returned us home their mini bus (real luxury right when you have paid $900+ in advance for a luxury limo, Happy 60th to my uncle)High Class Limousines have been highly unprofessional when dealing with this complaint. They have refused to refund the return trip as we were returned home safely" and if we want any compensation we should contact fair trading.They have also stated that their Limos break down "like any normal vehicle" and they cannot grantee that everything will go smoothly... Satisfying right?So if you would like to miss your flight or cruise and be stranded at a service station in 36degree heat an hour away from home... or even better turn up to your wedding or formal in a mini bus when you paid in advance for a luxury limo. I can assure you that this company can offer you that. If you do not wish for this to happen steer clear!"

We can't recommend Mycarz - High Class Limousines enough!!! And also cannot fault them.We had Tom look after us on our Wedding day in the stretch Chrystler 'sassy' and also with airport transfers for our Honeymoon in the White Stretch 'ivy'.Communication was prompt and Toms service on all occasions was incredible, on time, attentive, caring, friendly and professional.Tom was patient, helpful and accommodating with our wet and windy wedding, for us, our bridal party and also our photographer and videographer. And he was a delight with our airport transfer including a short notice change in trips due to a cancelled/rebooked flight. Looks the part everytime and made us feel like true V.I.P.We look forward to travelling with Mycarz and Tom in the future - thank you for EVERYTHING and for making our moments memorable.
