Came in to pick up pedal set for an upgrade and WoW ! So impressed with the range in this new store . To top it off had a great sales person Sophie who went above and beyond in her recommendation of products being sought and product knowledge made my choices easier. Very pleasant experience in the new store . Very surprised yet satisfied that service is still alive and well at least at Trek. Thanks Sophie!

The staff at the store were very enthusiastic and helpful, willing to listen to a bit of a ramble on the way to a recommendation. Prices are up there, but the attention and service given make it seem more reasonable.King in particular helped me out with an obscure service notice tied to a niggle i'd just passed off as normal, and was very pro-active in making sure i got the bike sorted as quickly as possible.
