Eden Rise Telstra shop is where I always go. My recent visit yesterday was with my Dad who isn’t tech savvy neither am I. Joti helped us and she was amazing, very patient, knowledgeable, helpful and understating that my dad was new to this.Thank you Joti

There are very good employees here, they guided me in the best way and I got some SIM cards and a 5G modem that has really high speed and I am satisfied. Mrs. Jotti followed up our purchase kindly and respectfully.

Walked into store a little before 4.00pm on Saturday the 20th May.Two store consultants in the store and was greeting by one whom was assistant manger of the store, my query was to simply to add a post-paid device to an existing Telstra plan.Response was the this couldn't be done as the store closed in an hour and there was another customer coming back, at this point just myself and two consultants in store. I left the store and waited outside thinking that if the other customer did not come back I might be seen.With no-one coming back into the store I approached the two consultants who weren't serving anyone (as there was no-one in store) at approx 4.15pm. Again I asked if I could be seen now as it appears no one was in store, this time the assistant manager said it could not be done as the consultant in store was provisioning orders from the day, and with the ID verification process would take longer than the 45mins left of trade for the day.I was hoping that day to find a store that could be local go to store for my business needs, I know that the ID verification process does not take 45mins, the same way as if console was working there should be no need for a consultant to be busy for over an hour provisioning orders from the day, either console wasn't working or someone was doing manual paperwork to burn through sales and process at end of day.

Walked in to by a burner. Didn’t have an appointment but a cancellation meant I could be seen immediately. Extremely knowledgable staff member got me sorted and connected within minutes. No dodgy upselling either. Very good experience.

The team at this store, led by the amazing Adam, continually delivers exceptional customer service. No matter how under the pump they are, we always feel valued and prioritised.Huge shout out and thanks to Adam, Rod & the team. These guys are why we stick with Telstra.

After spending hours on the phone to telstra, and talking to several different staff members over a period of about 4 days, the staff at Eden Rise fixed our problem in 20 minutes, the same day we called for help. Very happy. I also got my new phone from there a few days ago, and I was very happy with the service provided.

Rod was awesome and fixed a big issue that I had with my phone that wasn't caused by this store but by speaking with an employee at the Telstra call centre.I can't thank Rod enough, as I'd almost given up on Telstra.Will definitely be back and will refer friends and family to your store.Thanks so much!
