do not shop online. I recieved my confirmation email and the money was taken, they never send your order and will not reply to you. if you do shop make sure you use paypal so you can dispute your money back.

Amazing customer service - I ordered 2 things unfortunately one was out of stock , they went above and beyond - I selected in store collection and due to the rain they posted via express post for free ( $20 item ) cannot fault - will be a repeat customer

The product range and pricing are quite good.I had an issue with my order - I selected and paid for express post ($16.00) but it was shipped by regular post $9.70 (charged at $12.00). I reached out to request a refund of the shipping difference.I emailed using the email address provided by the company as a contact for any issues/order enquiries included in the confirmation email. The email did not send and an error was received stating the recipients email was full and it could not be delivered. I then reached out using the chat on the website and also provided the details and screenshots of the error. The respondent agreed to refund the difference and offered an explanation.When I said thank you and suggested they resolve the issue with their email so people can get in touch I was met with a our phones are manned and so is this chat". That's fantastic

Frolic Girls is undoubtedly THE best boutique in Wollongong. I have been a long-time customer, even driving from the Northern Beaches of Sydney to get my fashion fix. Kel and Madi are the loveliest people and really look after their customers. They've singlehandedly transformed my wadrobe from ordinary to extraordinary!! Love my 'Frolic Girls' to bits.

This store does not pay its suppliers. Beware if you do wholesale business with them. We emailed multiples times over the course of three months. Our accounts rep was aggressively dismissed by the owner on their phone for a reminder. Unethical practices in this day and age. Poor account management.
