Sales are very helpful but make sure you know the registration of your car. It makes things a bit easier to find the correct parts. Didn't have what I needed in Stock but it was available.

Jack, one of the customer service people, is an absolute delight to deal with, is very helpful and always willing to go above and beyond for the customers. Highly recommended for anyone looking for car parts and looking for a great experience with customer service! Look out for their catalogues as I always have great deals

worst store i have ever come across so rude and argued with me and the port adelaid store becoz thay told me i had to pay $70 for my item to be shipped by toll when the port adelaid store told me not to let them do that becoz thay can sent it by the warehouse and it should cost me no more than $10 and the sunbury store refused to do that bunch of jerks who try to steal peoples money do not recomend this store to anyone go to sunshine thay will help you way more faster and less of a hassel and you don t have to argue at all

Web sites tells you during covid to click and collect or phone a order so you call the store to be told have to order only you order on line and and website error out so you call the store to be told they don't have the product in stock mind you it is 9am day 1 of a catalogue and there is only 4 in the state....what a scam great price no stock last time l shop in repco l am done......

Amazing service! From the second the staff member answered the phone I knew they could help. Previous store I called told me Repco did not stock the product I needed, Sunbury even dropped the part at my business for me as it was on the staff members way home. Cannot thank them enough for saving my day!

Repco Sunbury is my No1 go to shop for all my car needs. The staff are great to deal with and they know their product range. The best thing is they serve you, you're not left wandering the isles looking for help, plus 10% off all non-sale items if you are an RACV member.

I’ve been at the store on a few occasions. Apart from 1 time, I couldn’t find anyone to serve me. They are all down the back, chatting away and having a good old time. Even standing at the front checkout no one notices. I have only gone there because things are on special- not any more. They maybe good at ordering parts in, but they are sadly lacking in customer service.

Called in to verify a clutch kit to fit my car. Was helped by Jessica at the front counter, who triple checked the details and confirmed what would do the job. Very happy with the service and time given to help me. Thanks again for all the help.
