Being a first home owner, venturing into the property market was a difficult task. But thanks to the assistance provided and the professionalism displayed by Mr Maneet Gulati and the team, it was a smooth journey. Highly recommended from a satisfied customer.

I was dealing with Laxmi since 13th of September and this was going to be my first home and she was very friendly and convincing on our first phone call. I paid the deposit for the lot and 4 weeks later she told me that this lot has been offered to someone else and wasn't sure if it was available anymore. She offered me another lot which she had got for herself and she gave me the contract with the price included. I got a message yesterday that the lot I had put a deposit on for had been sold and to take my refund. Yesterday she told me that I would have to pay $10,000 extra for that property which was not stated in the contract. I have been waiting for 6 weeks in total and thought I would have a contract by now but I just took the refund because this is very unprofessional and unreliable behaviour. I have lost 6 weeks in this crazy unpredictable house market which has cost me a lot.

I had dealings with both Maneet and Laxmi with regards to land purchase being a FHB. I would recomend them if you are selling but do your research before buying with them. Spoke to both Maneet and Laxmi regarding a titled lot and from the get go they were pushy and very strict on price(no negotiotion) policy. Spoke to the developer for both the lots and was able to negotiate 9k price reduction without any problems. I understand they need to make profits but to me their business sense seemed greedy.....My advise is chat to the developer if buying from a new estate first and then approach Property mantra and watch no negotiation policy change to a reduced offer. Also dont beleive the hype of too many buyers and 3 calls on the same day of initial enquiry, its just to make the lot more attractive...
