Detect A Leak

We engaged the services of Detect A Leak to investigate and pin point a major water leak under a main road on a fire sprinkler feed supply to a shopping complex in the Wollondilly Shire. The team was very professional and had all the equipment necessary to locate the leak. The accuracy was spot on which made the excavation and repair easy. Thanks again to Scott and his team. Will certainly use them again in the future and recommend them to others requiring leak detection.

Scott did not solve our issue. It did not feel like he was invested in finding the cause of our problem, felt like he just wanted to get in and out as fast as possible and earn his $528. He was going to send a quote before which didn't arrive, quoted $480 over the phone then added the GST when it came to paying which I am pretty sure is illegal when dealing with non business customers. Still had to get a plumber out at extra cost to pressure test our system and check the storm water drains. Would have thought these basic investigations would be included when paying someone $528 for an hour of their time.
