Waiting in line for 10 minutes with new people arriving and being served before me despite staff seeing I hadn't been yet served, pretty poor

Bit of a wait for iced coffee but shopping centre was very busy with Christmas shoppers. Was very nice though and service was polite.

Joondalup SSSoul Origin's cappuccino is extra special, especially early in the morning! And their Chai Latte is the best in town, and a great takeaway. Their vegetarian salads and sandwiches are very fresh and tasty too! Recommend

The food is nice but never order through Menu Log. My order was placed and confirmed at 1014 (Panini and cold drink) and so far the driver has been waiting for over 30 minutes for it to be ready. It doesn't take this long if I had ordered in store so why is it taking so long now?

Soul Origin Joondalup Food Court
Not as impressive as it looks. Salad displays are basically filled with leaves with the rest of the ingredients just garnished on top. I got the chicken and avo salad and the chicken schnitzel one. I had a total of 6 little strips of chicken 1 piece of cucumber, 1 piece of red capsicum, 2 pieces of sun-dried tomato and 3 pieces of avo. All the rest was just leaves. And the container is also a deceptive one with a 1cm raised cavity!! Don't waste your money thinking it's a healthy food option.
