Spoke to Nat and Stacy on the phone who were very transparent and lovely. Managed to book an appointment on short notice to check a dodgy previous service from another company.Jai was a top bloke and did not mess about running me through what he was checking for and did so in a timely manner. Whilst Airfix has a call out fee plus per quarter hour fee, it’s very reasonable and fair given Jai’s work ethic.Thank you Guys for making it a stressfree experience and giving great customer service.Will be hiring you for future jobs.

Airfix have gone above and beyond in terms of service for us. First, they saved us a ton of money by fixing a manufacturing fault in our Ducted system. Returned when it failed again and didn't charge (restarted due to heater shutdown), and then helped identify our gas regulator was a seperate problem. Airfix then assisted with getting the gas company to replace the faulty regulator (through an hour-long call-centre call). We highly recommend them!

Quick, friendly and punctual. A call and SMS half an hour before arrival. After a quick inspection, work and costs involved were explained. Job was completed with minimal fuss. Friendly team of Allen and Mitch. Highly recommend these guys!

Just bought a new house and one of my first calls was to the Airfix team to clean and test the heater and ducts. Have been using them for 10 years and they always do a great job. Allen was friendly, polite and professional. Highly recommend!

Old school values with new school skills. If you value honesty, integrity and hard work then use Airfix. They serviced our vintage gas heater and got it back up to scratch. Alan was polite and knowledgeable and happy to take the time to explain the repairs and how best to maintain the system. Great service.

This is the 2nd time Allen visited our Home, the 1st time to sanitise the duct work. (he was recommended by my parents) He was on time, very informative in the procedure and went beyond the call of duty. We were having a chat once completed and in passing I mentioned that I had a rusty drip tray under the AC Chiller and was advised by another company who came out twice to repair / replace that we had to cut & modify the roof trusses as the Unit was wedged in between the truss chords. Allen took a look and confirmed that he was able to replace it with minimal fuss and in the process also repaired a leaking duct and installed anti vibration rubbers to the heater, the Unit is now quieter than it has ever been. I cannot tell you how relieved I am knowing that I didn't need an Engineer & Carpenter to modify the roof trusses as this is what was advised by the previous company. A big THANK YOU to Allen and the team for keeping me informed every step of the way. Good Old Fashion Service and Quality.

I've used them several times within the last 7 years to service & repair split systems,space heaters,ducted heating and recently duct cleaning. I've always been happy with their service but sadly have to reduce my rating from 5 to 3 now, due to the long appointment wait times and fee structure (callout plus every 15 mins thereafter) which can quickly add up to overpriced bills.

This is the second job Airfix have done for us. First a new Evap on our roof replacing an inefficient old unit and now a split system for our home office.From guidance in selecting equipment to suit our needs to installation and clean up we could not have asked for better service on either occasion. Airfix provide such a wide range of services I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them to anyone who is looking for any Heating, Cooling or electrical work.

I am in the Real Estate industry and needed an urgent repair of a large A/C unit for a tenant. Airfix were very accommodating, very responsive to the situation and completed the job far in advance of expectations. A big thank you to Stacey for answering all our questions and getting the job done.
