Building Rectification Services

We hired BRS to fix 3 concrete staircases and remove concrete cancer from our old apartment building. We were told it would take 4 months.. it took a 1 year! They completely removed access to one staircase, now 3 months after they have left we have to hire another company to fix what they never did and quoted for!, all while blowing their initial quote by over 30%. Do not hire these people, they are completely incompetent.

Managed a tricky project with minimum fuss. Great communication and end result. Recommended.
