Bluebird Florist Hunter Valley

I bought flowers recently for a bereaved relative. After reading both positive and negative reviews I wasn't sure what to expect.Bluebird followed my request to the letter and delivered a flower arrangement that was really beautiful.I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. No complaints here!

I wasn’t happy with their interpretation of their product “Moonlight”. Not well thought out. Just a mismatch of bits and pieces clumped together in a branded small box. They did offer a refund but wanted to pick up the flowers which is reasonable. But sending ugly flowers is less embarrassing so we declined. I was not happy because I wanted something beautiful and classy. No goodwill. I posted a pic to help other non locals choose a florist that suits their style. I paid $100 plus delivery.

Received flowers from here. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend.They were fully open and old and only lasted a few days. When the sender called the florist as it looked nothing like she ordered and lasted no time, the girl was abrupt and had a gross attitude.This girl has a lot to learn about etiquette and building good business relationships.Do your research and put your hard earned dollars somewhere that will give you the service your paying for not this horrible outcome.

Amazing customer service - above & beyond! Gorgeous native floral arrangement put together with care & style. I'm in VIC, who ordered online for local delivery in Cessnock & it was a breeze. 10/10 recommend - best florist in the area for price & quality.

Look for another florist, this women is rude, unprofessional and has very low standards.Definitely not worth the hassle and being unhappy with the service.Do better.

Spoke to a lovely lady that helped me choose flowers over the phone make a bouquet that got delivered in under 2 hours from order to doorstep. Pretty impressive service and wonderful customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
