Territory Timber Floors

Jay installed new solid timber floors in our house. We were very impressed with his thorough, meticulous work. He pays great attention to detail and is amazingly neat and tidy. The finished product is stunning. We can highly recommend Jay.

From first meeting Jay through to seeing his attention to detail when installing and finishing our timber flooring, we knew we had made a good choice. It is now 2 months on and the timber keeps looking better and better. Jay communicates well, is very thorough and tidy, and he clearly takes pride in completing high quality work. Our Southern Blue Gum floors were worn and squeaked, having being laid thirteen years ago. Jay was meticulous in repairing the damage and the final finish was superb, better than what we remembered as new. And no more squeaks! Jay himself was very professional, and excellent in keeping us up to date on each stage of the process. We highly recommend him.

Jay came in to refresh our timber floors which were laid 9 years ago. They had yellowed over time due to their original oil based finish and had more than a few scratches. After Jay's hard work the floor now looks absolutely fantastic, we are absolutely thrilled with the result. We would happily recommend Jay - his work is excellent, and he's a great guy to deal with.

Jay re-sanded and re-polished our 13 year old hardwood floors in Jan-2017. Everything about working with Jay was an absolute pleasure. He took his time accessing our floors before he quoted; he noted a couple trouble spots on the floor; he helped us decide on the type of finish that would best suit our floors; he arrived exactly on time on the day he started; he taped up the kitchen cabinets to minimise the dust; he used a sanding machine that left very little dust which was totally unexpected; he went the extra mile to ensure the floors looked fabulous. Jay is professional, obliging, friendly, trustworthy and ensures his work is completed to the highest quality. Thank you Jay. My husband and I cannot recommend Jay highly enough.

We did our homework when planning to replace our tiled floor with timber and from the first meeting with Jay, he impressed us with his knowledge and advice on both removing the tiles and, laying the timber flooring. Our timber floors were laid 20 years ago and were never sanded and sealed. We got quotes and decided to go with Territory Timber Floors as Jay had a very professional attitude and was very informative. Jay worked tirelessly on our 20 yo floors and the end result was way beyond our expectations. Jay also laid a new timber floor in our bedroom and we will definitely get him back in the near future to do our stairs. If anyone needs timber flooring work done, I can highly recommend Jay.
