Food was good but its evident that the service button statisics isnt a true reflection. Watch 2 x staff members press the green button multiple timesand thought its funny.

we had onion rings and they were disgusting!! Took them back to the front and asked for another batch and got told that they are all like that, they get cooked for 2 minutes and 37 seconds, I can give u some sauce to hide the taste....you are not the only person to have complained.....just plain rude.

Approx 13:10 on 29/03/22 three attempts were made to acquire an edible cheese and bacon chicken burger. The first was bad, the second had no cheese or bacon and this image shows the final attempt which was as bad as the first. I gave up and felt embarrassed for the staff.The two stars represent ok fries and a thick shake.

Ordered jacks fried chicken. It is nothing like advertised...so disappointing and feeling very ripped of over spending close to $10 for 3 pieces not much bigger than a nugget each, no sauce, nothing

Nice enough place staff were lovely food was delicious and we'll cooked but very understaffed as I sat in the drive thru waiting for a long while to even get to order and then wait for the line to get through to get the food I would say total wait all up for me to make it through to finally eat was at minimum 30mins I feel for the staff as it wasn't there fault for being understaffed at the time otherwise fantastic

Can’t wait for this place to shut down once McDonald’s and kfc are built. They don’t care what service they provide because there the only option but soon they won’t be. I can’t begin to imagine what the young people here will be like in there next job after school if they are being taught that what they provide is acceptable. Can never get a order right. Not the size or order itself. I don’t like paying for large meals only to get medium. Poorly made and never seems to get any better no matter how often they get complaints. Have emailed corporate with complaints and have never received any replies instead I get promotional emails. Seems like they have time to promote there business but not address the complaints of customers. Wish I could give 0 stars

14/4. Ordered the new jacks crunchy chicken pieces, along with chips and a drink. The chicken looked like larger oddly chaped nuggets. They were flat not rased crunchy bits as seen in the add on tv. The chips were old and almost stale tasting. Overall dissapointing.

best place to be anytime its within walking distance of everything and the people are super friendly and the food is just as great, they have NEVER messed up my order and would is the nicest non-local fast food in the valley.
