Wade was very professional, kind and knew exactly what he was doing! He had our kitchen sink faucet fixed within the hour, and left no trail of mess or debris behind, as some plumbers do!

Wade attended our property after we moved in the check our gas usage, he was prompt, polite and punctual.After our first positive experience we then had him install the plumbing for our dishwasher and fridge water access. the job finish is so tidy, neat and efficient.Wade has our vote for a local business.We then had him install our Heat Pump Water Heater, the job finish is amazing, so neat, and removed all the packaging and scraps of piping used.We will be using him for our kitchen and bathroom renovations.

Wade is always the first person I will call when needing plumbing, always does such a great job, super friendly and professional, would highly recommend.

Wade was great came out on a Sunday of a long weekend organised the parts and installed them within hours we had no water all night but we do now thanks for the great work Wade

*BE AWARE* We hired Wade from Envision Plumbing to install our plumbing to our kitchen renovation, after multiple delays in doing our job, when he finally got around to it he installed our sink crooked and drilled through our newly installed cabinetry. When we bought these defects to his attention, instead of fixing them like we kindly asked, he blatantly denied doing them. He has since refused to come and fix his mistakes. Really disappointed to be left with damages to pay for since having Wade on my property, and I still need to pay for another plumber to come and fix his work! See attached photos, no denying it!*edit - I see your response to my review yet I am not able to reply. WOW! Lies clearly run through your veins! More lies! The photos attached to my review are plain and simply the truth of your errors that you still choose to deny. We did everything fair and reasonable by you and you would still not book in a time to fix your mistakes once isolation was over. Not a man of integrity to lie and run from your problems. All we asked was that it was fixed so that we could move onto the rest of the job we had you booked in for. Also, no one asked you to answer your phone after your baby was born, how were we to know, however it is sad for your poor wife and baby that you were not present in that moment, some moments you cant get back.

Wade from Envision Plumbing and Gas is brilliant. He fixed our problem pretty quickly and was super responsive. Friendly service and knows his work. I would use Envision again anytime.
