Optus Willows

Don't even know where to start waited over a 1 hr and the worked made our issue worse workers are very unprofessional

After changing to Optus from my previous provider I was informed incorrect information of a channel that was free on Fetch and confirmed prior leaving the store my monthly total bills. After receiving the first bill I was charged more then I should of been, this was on two occasions. I firstly contacted the store direct of this and was informed to contact Optus customer care. Contacted customer care and was told an extra $6 a month was to be paid. I messaged Optus on the Optus App and had the channel cancelled. I was also informed by Optus customer care a rep from the store would contact me in 24hrs, this did not happen. Poor product knowledge on Optus Willows behalf.

Changed my phone plan to Optus for a better deal, but after my experience in this store I felt like changing back to Telstra to avoid ever having to deal with this lot again. Employees were rude and either assumed I knew everything or just couldn't be bothered to explain to me.After realising that the $50 I asked to be put in credit on my new SIM in store was not loaded I went back to be told that the recharge credit was on a paper receipt that I never received. They were no help.

Worse customer service I have ever seen at This place.. people work here do not know anything They hold us for 2 months for simple phone return which came defected.Seriously fed up with this service. Do not make mistake of going to willow store. Store in Stockland is far better.

Manager is rude. Other staff seem to always be trainees. Refused to offer correct processes for faulty products.

if I do not hear about my refund today , ill have no option to take this further. You just cant take a product with proof of purchase , hang onto it for 6days and say ill wait for the manager to discuss. the item doesn't fit..also tell headoffice you shouldn't advertise that you are selling phones in store when you actually cant come in and purchase a phone outright. Call me today please Michelle

Never been so disappointed. After waiting over one hour to just been seen. To fix small iusse of my phone not being able to send / get photos though SMS , not only is that still a problem phones now not sending any messages and worse off for my wait . 0 help and wish didn't waste my time .

Wonderful customer service, especially from Levi. Apparently he is new, but he was still so helpful! Convinced me to get a new iPad which I love

The first staff member I spoke to was pretty nice but then the manager got involve and the whole exchange turned defensive and then turn pretty sour. The Manager didn't do anything wrong but her attitude was not service orientated at all. I will not go back there again

Very busy, not enough workers, once I got served was great, fast and easy service
