1 Star for customer service..sales assistant 1 with a dozen people in the store it is not the time to vacuum ... especially at peoples feet and under racks where we were lookingSales assistant 2 throwing thingscoat hangers, from a ladder at your counter & landing at a customers feet is not professional you should know this was the wrong thing to do.All in all not a pleasant shopping experience..

I was a regular customer but unfortunately not anymore after my experience at the shop today. I will not set foot in that shop again. The way I was spoken to and made to feel by the customer assistant was disgusting. I asked to exchange/return an item for the first time ever, an item my daughter has not used as she changed her mind and asked me to return it. The assistant refused as well as the owner, they were both very unhelpful and unfriendly. You just lost a regular customer as I have 3 teenage daughters I buy clothes for.

Always greeted when walking into the store, such kind staff. I went shopping last week and had a lovely worker help my daughter find an outfit for her year 6 formal without any hesitation even though she didn’t quite like everything we walked out with something for her to wear. I was very pleased with her efforts.

Great range of clothes at great prices, unfortunately the only reason I'm giving two stars is because of poor customer service. There were three girls behind the counter just chatting about their social lives, nothing to do with work and didn't acknowledge anyone who entered the store. It seems to be a common theme with the two Ally stores I've been to. Very disappointed.

Horrible service at this store. Ignored by staff and when spoken to, was spoken to in a horrible manner! Do not recommend.
